I loved how close I was to Canterbury Cathedral, just a quick 10-minute walk away, and the quaint, park-like surroundings made my strolls incredibly enjoyable, especially with the friendly staff making everything easy during my stay.

Staff were friendly and the food was excellent, but no pets allowed.

Noise from the busy intersection can be intrusive during the night!!! A few outdated bathroom fixtures felt impractical compared to modern expectations. More attention to detail on housekeeping privacy would improve the experience!!!

The room was gorgeous, and the toiletries were a lovely touch. The garden was a perfect spot to unwind, and I also enjoyed the cozy lounge area. The only hiccup was a delay with dinner, but it didn’t ruin a fabulous stay. 😊

Just an optimal selection for a hurried visit in Canterbury with definitely value for money. The historic charm of the building was a nice touch despite the steep stairs. If you're not too tall, it’s worth the stay.
